CoverageCompass is a quote comparison service that connects consumers with licensed insurance agents. We do not sell insurance directly and are not an insurance company or agency. Our service is provided free of charge to consumers seeking insurance quotes.

By using CoverageCompass and submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

No Guarantee of Results

CoverageCompass does not guarantee that you will receive quotes from agents, that any quote offered will meet your needs, or that you will qualify for any specific coverage or pricing. Insurance availability and pricing depend on individual circumstances, agent availability, and underwriting criteria.

Agent Communications

Once you submit a quote request, licensed insurance agents may contact you via telephone, email, or text message. These communications are between you and the respective agent or agency. CoverageCompass is not a party to any communication between you and agents. You can opt out of agent contact at any time by contacting us or using the opt-out mechanisms provided in agent communications.

Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide through CoverageCompass is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in the inability to obtain coverage or quotes.

Limitation of Liability

CoverageCompass provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from communications with insurance agents. We do not endorse or recommend any specific insurance agent or company.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
